On two occasions hotel staff was extraordinarily attentive to our needs. At the beginning of our stay the people in the next room came in late and partied until 4:00 A.M. In the morning when I advised reception of our plight, we were moved to another room, an upgrade, for the same rate. My wife became ill on our second last night and spent our last day in Paris in bed. Again reception provided help including making and delivering chicken noodle soup to the room. I look forward to returning soon to this hotel.
