The only negative experience was provided by the desk person on duty in the evening. He was neither friendly nor helpful. He chose to argue with us over use of the internet even though it was his directions which caused us to loose time (we did not want our money back, just a few more minutes to complete an email). Outside of issues with this one person, the stay at your hotel was very good and I would recommend it to others.
